Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days after ordering. Your orders are shipped using the French postal service. In general, delivery times are between 8 and 15 days after shipment Pursuant to Article L121.20.3 of the Consumer Code, the ordered products will be delivered within a maximum period of thirty days from the following day after the consumer has confirmed and payed his order.

At the end of this period, if the buyer has not received his package he will be able to cancel his order. We will return back to the buyer what he has paid, without delay, except all other compensation. The products will be shipped to the specified address on the customer's order form.

Like in any expedition, there may be a delay of delivery or the product can get lost.

In case of late delivery from the date we've shown in the mail from, we ask that you notify us of the delay in sending us an email.

In case of late delivery from the date indicated in the email we sent the day of shipping, we ask you to send us an email. We'll contact the carrier to start an investigation.

If during this period the product is found, it will immediately re-routed to your home.

However, if the product is not found at the end of the period of 21 days of investigation it will be considered as lost.

Shipping fees are 8 € but are free for orders of 100 € minimum and for French Polynesia !


Under the conditions of Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code and in the context of distance selling, the buyer has a withdrawal period of 7 clear days from the delivery of his order.

Buyers who have returned their product may ask the reimbursement that The Black Pearl Center will do within 30 days after sending the confirmation of receipt of the product to the customer.

The consumer will then be refunded by crediting his bank account (secure transaction). We will only take the products which will be sent back in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale.

Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.

Furthermore, the product must not have been used improperly, excessive or inconsistent with the purpose for which it was intended, and generally, the product must be in good condition.

The Black Pearl Center keeps the right to determine if all these conditions are fulfilled.

When the returned product by the customer will be received, The Black Pearl Center will send an email of confirmation.
